Questions about the Shaytards being Mormon.

Overwhelmingly as of late there have been many readers of the site that have a vast array of questions regarding the Shaytards being Mormon or otherwise formally known as members of the Church of Latter Day Saints. There are many articles and blogs on the internet that fling facts, opinions, rumors, etc. about every religion and Mormonism is no exception to this general rule. There are the websites that are just general discussions on every facet of the Mormon life and there are those that bash the faith. There is funnymormons.com, exmormon.org, and mormon.org. You get the point, right? There are the facts. To name a few: Mormons are forbidden from smoking tobacco, drinking coffee, tea and alcohol. Mormons must give 10% of their earnings to their church as a tithing. There are those facets of the purported aspects of the religion that are highly disputed. Is the current leader of the church considered a prophet? Do a substantial number of Mormons still practice polygamy? Are special undergarments worn by church members? Is the supposed "new" holy land in America? And are humans who die after living according to the laws of the faith considered to be gods after passing? Well these questions are just a part of the long list of questions that so many people do not have a concrete answer to. Two things that all Shaytards fans can agree on is that the Shaytards seem to be genuinely very happy and Shaycarl and his wife Collette are not stupid so there must be some answers that put to rest these seemingly questionable parts of the religion. Do you have an answer to any of these points/questions? Would love to hear from you in the comments below:)

  1. I am a mormon and I run the site funnymormons.com Although some commenters are against our religious beliefs, I choose not to censor.

The president of the church is considered a prophet, no member of the church can practice polygamy, sacred undergarments are worn by some members as a reminder of promises they make with God, It was declared by the founder of the religion that one day America would be home to "the new Jerusalem". Humans aren't Gods after passing. We are taught we can become "like" God and inherit all he has thanks to the atonement of Jesus Christ and if we have faith in Christ and follow Him.

I hope this answers some of your questions. If it leads you to more questions, you know where to find me.
